Checking Your Default Shipping Setup
By default, your site is set up with these shipping rules:

Free shipping on orders $100+

North Island flat rate: $10
-
South Island flat rate: $20
-
NZ only (no overseas shipping)
Here’s how to check those settings anytime:
Step 1 – Open Shipping Settings
In WordPress, go to WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping.

Step 2 – Review Shipping Zones
You’ll see two zones:

North Island (flat $10 + free over $100)

South Island (flat $20 + free over $100)
Click Edit to view each zone’s rules.

Step 3 – Confirm Methods
Inside each zone, you should see:

Flat rate set to $10 (NI) or $20 (SI).

Free shipping set to a minimum order of $100.

Step 4 – Save & Test
After checking, add a product to your cart and go to checkout to confirm the correct rate applies.
