Styling Headings & Fonts in Divi

Consistent headings and fonts help keep your website on-brand. Divi gives you full control over typography so you can match your site’s style.

Step 1 – Enable the Visual Builder

Go to the page you want to edit and click Enable Visual Builder from the WordPress admin bar.

Step 2 – Open Module Settings

Hover over the text or heading you want to change and click the gear icon.
This opens the Text Module Settings.

Step 3 – Edit Fonts & Headings

In the Design tab:

  • Heading Text (H1–H6) → choose the heading level and style it.

  • Body Text → change the main content font, size, and line height.

  • Font Family → pick from Divi’s library of web-safe and Google Fonts.

Step 4 – Adjust Size, Colour & Style

Still in the Design tab, you can customise:

  • Font size (desktop, tablet, mobile).

  • Font colour.

  • Font style (bold, italic, underline, all caps, spacing).

Step 5 – Save & Apply

Click the green checkmark in the settings panel, then click Save (bottom-right purple circle).

Additional Notes

  • Use Global Presets to apply font styles site-wide (see [Using Global Presets]).

  • Stick to 2–3 fonts max for a clean, professional look.

  • Heading hierarchy (H1, H2, H3) is important for both design and SEO.
