Managing Product Reviews in WooCommerce
Product reviews are enabled on your store by default. Customers can leave feedback on individual products, but reviews will only appear once you’ve approved them.
Step 1 – Find New Reviews
Log in to WordPress and go to Comments in the left-hand menu.
Here you’ll see all pending reviews, along with blog comments (if enabled).

Step 2 – Review Pending Comments
Each review will show:

The customer’s rating (stars).

Their written feedback.

The product they reviewed.
Hover over a review to see moderation options.

Step 3 – Approve or Decline Reviews

Click Approve to publish the review on the product page.

Click Trash to delete it.

Click Spam if it’s inappropriate.

Step 4 – Replying to Reviews (Optional)
You can reply publicly to a review (e.g., thank a customer or clarify something).
Replies will display below the customer’s review.

Step 5 – Manage Reviews Per Product
To check reviews for one specific product:

Go to Products → All Products.

Hover over a product and click Edit.

Scroll down to the Product data → Advanced tab.
Here you can enable/disable reviews for that specific product.
