Viewing & Managing Orders in WooCommerce

WooCommerce keeps track of all your customer orders in one place. Here’s how to view and manage them.

Step 1 – Log in to WordPress

Go to /wp-admin and log in.

Step 2 – Go to Orders

In the left-hand menu, click WooCommerce → Orders.

Step 3 – View an Order

Click on an order number to see details:

• Customer info

• Products purchased

• Payment and shipping method

• Order status (Processing, Completed, Refunded)
  

Step 4 – Update Status

Use the dropdown to change an order’s status (e.g., from Processing to Completed).
Click Update to save.

Step 5 – Resend Emails (Optional)

From the order page, click Resend order email if a customer needs their confirmation or invoice again.
