Issuing Refunds in WooCommerce (Stripe)

If you need to refund a customer, you can do this directly in WooCommerce.

Step 1 – Open the Order

Go to WooCommerce → Orders and click the order you want to refund.

Step 2 – Click Refund

Scroll to the Items section and click Refund.

Step 3 – Enter Refund Amount

Choose whether to refund the full or partial amount.
Adjust quantities if needed.

Step 4 – Process Refund

Click Refund via Stripe.
The money will be returned to the customer’s card automatically.

Step 5 – Save Changes

The order status will update to “Refunded.”
